Rosemary Mazanet

Senior Medical Advisor

Rosemary Mazanet is Senior Medical Advisor at Domain Therapeutics. She leads Domain’s clinical portfolio development and design the clinical strategy together with the development team. As Senior Medical advisor, she brings her exceptional experience of regulatory development in oncology to move Domain’ GPCR-targeting immunotherapies toward human proof-of-concept and beyond.

During her very successful career in both public and private biotech, she led many assets from IND to NDA stage, interacting with multiple regulatory authorities and agencies and brought several products to the market.She has a long track records  with US, public equity, working as a partner at Oracle Partners Argenis Capital, and Apelles Investment Management. She is currently a Venture Partner at Panacea Ventures, and sits on many public and private corporate boards.

Dr. Mazanet holds a B.A. in biology from the University of Virginia, and an M.D. and Ph.D. from the University of Pennsylvania, in addition to having trained as an internist and oncologist in the Harvard Hospital group. She is an emeritus Trustee of the University of Pennsylvania Health System, and Co-Chair of the External Advisory Group of the Leonard Davis Institute at Wharton.
