Business opportunity

Domain’s objective is to partner its R&D programs at a preclinical stage, between the optimized lead and an IND-enabling compound depending on the projects. The A2A-antagonist program program for Parkinson’s disease, currently at the preclinical candidate stage, is available for partnership.

Other programs such as the mGluR2 NAM or the mGluR3 PAM are at an earlier stage of development and will be available later for partnership.

Domain is also willing to collaborate with Pharma/Biotech partners on other GPCRs to jointly develop programs on any therapeutic areas.
